1. All documents are index by Clerk Number. The Clerk Number is in the form yyyynnnnnn where yyyy is the year and nnnnnn is a zero-filled number. For example, the first document filed in 2008 was assigned as Clerk Number 2008000001.

2. Documents filed after January 1, 1990 are also indexed by:

• Grantors

• Grantees

• Instrument Type

• Filing Date

• Brief Legal Description (cannot be searched)

3. Grantor and Grantee names are entered Last Name first in the form "SMITH JOHN" with no punctuation.

4. A portion of the documents between 2007 and 2008 are missing including the following Books:

• 1234-1236

• 1252-1261

• 1270-1271
