Grantee names are entered in the form shown by the example: "SMITH JOHN".
3. Dates are entered
in the form
mm/dd/yyyy.
4. 2012 Assessor data is
posted where a matching deed was found. Therefore, the Property_Address and
Property_ID field searches will
not find every record that exists for that property, only those records that
match the Assessor data for the year or years posted.
