If you do not find the document, try placing a % symbol at the end of the
name, like Last Name = "SMITH" and First Name = "JOE%".
4. For Volume/Page
searches, volumes include leading zeros such as "00714". Pages include
leading zeros such as "0327".
5. Because of
limitations in this database, matching rows are not returned in any
particular order.
