search is performed, the search includes those documents where the
Grantor or the Grantee name
matches.

assumed to be a "beginning of field"
match. For example a search for Last Name = "SMITH" and First Name = "JOE"
will return matches for "SMITH JOE" and "SMITH JOE B".
If you do not find the document, try placing a %
symbol at the end of the name, like Last Name = "SMITH" and First Name =
"JOE%".
4. For Volume/Page
searches, most volumes include leading zeros such as "00958". Some volumes
include a prefix letter, like "T0204". Other prefix letters used are O, J,
F, C and N.
5. Because of
limitations in this database, matching rows are not returned in any
particular order.
